When you are arrived you can check-in by yourself. We send you all information and photos for the self check-in before your arrival. If you prefer check-in by us personally please note it after your booking is done.

House rules
Welcome!
We would like to introduce you to the house rules to ensure your comfortable stay and prevent any misunderstandings:
1. Your accommodation is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. If you would like to ask unique date please speak with us about it.
2. Keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm.
3. Please maintain a clean apartment after the lease expires leave it in the condition in which it was found. Trash is required daily amount.
4. You’re not allowed to eat in your bedroom.
5. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
6. If you would like to bring pets please speak with us about it first.
7. Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises.
9. If you would like to host an event, please speak with us about it first.
10. Please wash your dishes after use.
12. The customer is obliged to take care of your belongings and valuables left in the apartment and the owner is not responsible for the eventual disappearance.
13. It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosives and flammable materials in the apartment. Using equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the apartment is only permitted with the consent of the owner (barbecue, etc.). Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment because of the potential fire, but smoking is allowed on terraces and balconies.
14. The owner is entitled to the absence of the guests enter the apartment in order to prevent possible damage or danger.
15. In the event of failure or damage to installations, furniture, appliances or equipment, guest obliged to inform the owner. If the occurrence of damage to the fault of the customer, the customer is required to reimburse the appropriate value.
